Rod & Reel Warranties & Service Policy

 

All FishingOnline Rods and Reels have a 12 month Warranty from the date of proof of purchase.

This Warranty covers failure due to manufacturing defects and materials providing

• during that time the rod or reel has been used with reasonable care for the purpose intended.
• This is a - Return to BASE Warranty that requires the complete product to be returned, at the owners cost to FishingOnline, where the product can be inspected.
• All Rods and Reels that qualify for warranty will either be repaired or replaced at the discretion of FishingOnline.
• If the product is no longer in production or supply, and parts or replacements are not available, FishingOnline reserves the right to supply a comparable replacement of value and size.

The Warranty does not cover misuse, normal wear and tear, loss, accidental damage, breakages from misuse or continual environmental exposure, especially saltwater.

Outside of this warranty period or damage and / failure not covered by the warranty, the Rod or Reel or any part thereof, may, if at all possible and at the discretion of FishingOnline, be repaired providing parts are available from stock. or from the manufacturer at the cost of labor, parts and shipping.
